Record shipped this morning. Psyched to hear the whole thing.

 

This album is special - some of these choruses are massive. Esruc is the one I keep coming back to.

They worked on a few songs each with Isaac Hale (Knocked Loose) and Mat Kerekes (Citizen) which is pretty cool!

Just got into these guys recently. Jumping in right now and super excited.

 

i saw this comment and then ten minutes later i was like "i bet this is esruc" and sure enough...definitely the highlight so far. whole thing has been awesome though.

 

So many hooks! Album of the summer material.

 

This album makes me wish it was 2011-2012 again so I can blast it with my college friends

 

I fucking love Your Hazel Tree.

 

Liked this a ton on my morning drive. Missing the hardcore influence and the prominent harsh vocals but they do make some dang good pop punk.

 

Yeah, I'm not the biggest pop punk fan, but this is hitting the right spot.

had this on in the car running around with my mom today and liked what I heard but excited to sit down with it for real

 

I love this place you know because of how much it reminds me of defeater but I absolutely understand why they wouldn’t stick with that sound and move in this direction. they traded out one 2011 coded sound for another and it sounds fantastic still

 

Love this record so much. I wish a local record store had copies of this on vinyl :(

 

yeah this rules. Can feel the Citizen influence.
Song structures are interesting enough that the pop*pier moments don't feel like too big of a departure.

 

Topanga has been stuck in my head all day. What a banger.

 

yep. That and esruc are getting a lot of plays

 

This record is like being transported back in time. It rules.

 

This whole thing rules but I think Blur My Memory is my favorite here. Ticks all the boxes for me
