very good. he's naturally gliding on the beat and not forcing it for the first time in a while. I like him on this kind of old school beat too.

All of these Star Line singles have been fantastic, they sound like a natural evolution of the 10 Day/Acid Rap sound. I really do have high hopes for a Chance comeback at this point

 

I forgot how all the singles/loosies sound to be honest, there just being released so sporadically without any real promo or anything. I'll wait for the full album to form an opinion

Not at all. Glad he's taking his time with it but he's in serious danger of never being able to win his hype back

 

I think we're long past that, I don't see any scenario where a new album from him garners any significant interest

 

That’s a bummer. Each time I listen to the singles I get more excited for this thing.

It’ll be interesting when it drops and it’s the best thing he’s ever done and nobody will care to listen because it’s been too long and they’ve already written him off bc of the last one.

 

He needs to do an interview or something to drum up a popular narrative around the album. He’s exploring some real interesting territory, need to find more ways beyond song snippets of he wants to get beyond his core audience.
