    It's all hell.

I thought It would be good shit if Spurs won tonight and then they could claim that we wouldn't have won the league without them and we wouldn't care and it would have been good classic sports banter, but instead I'm going to go listen to Elliot Smith in the dark for a few hours

I do hope we see more of this lineup in the future, it flowed extremely well and we had plenty of chances. Build off it

Tbf City are the best team in the world. We know that. As a collection of players, it’s well deserved.

But I saw someone refer to it as losing a last lap sprint to Lance Armstrong - history will look on it very differently.

    Our time is coming.

City winning will always mean nothing. Such a non event at this point.

3rd manager in a row to say this but the fans still are salty and think he’s in the wrong. Just mental.

Serious question: Do people really believe that City will get a hefty penalty in the end?

Imagine if City actually lost multiple titles after the investigation and those seasons are then declared vacant. That would portray the Premier League as a Mickey Mouse league. It would tremendously hurt the brand. Is the Premier League really impartial enough to pull this through? I have serious doubts.

Sorry to the Spurs fans in here who are all normal people who like their team, but this week has shown how pathetic a large portion of the fanbase are.

I cannot fathom not wanting to win a match. Even reversed, I'd want to win. I care more about my club than I dislike any other club.

Really weird inferiority complex. To have the loudest song be when you go 2-0 down, such a weird thing to do.

    Conte was right.

I don't believe for a second that they'll get anything more than a slap on the wrists, probably a 'large' fine. Maybe a single points deduction or transfer ban. They won't strip the titles in a million years.

The independent regulator is an interesting one. Especially with the incoming PM (almost certainly) being a football fan who wants to win over the "everyday man"

They need to do something but I have little faith they will unless fans protest (they should) and the government step in (they probably also should).

Yeah I’m truly annoyed with the fanbase and they’re celebrating this loss. Just embarrassed.

like I said above. Mourinho, Conte, and now Ange have all said the same thing, but they choose to ignore it and act like the problem isn’t within. I dunno. Just getting really frustrated lately with the delusion of this fanbase.

  17. We’ve lost 5 of 6 and the fans are celebrating. Meanwhile, the manager is rightfully pissed. And the fans respond by saying he needs to relax. It’s pathetic.

Still blows me away how good he has been.

  19. Insane to me that the fans who rooted against Ange today are confused why he’s upset with them.

  22. It’s genuinely crazy lol fans are talking about how loyal they are to the club as a reason Ange shouldn’t “go at them”…literally right after they rooted against the team. Maybe I’m rusty on my definition of loyalty, but that doesn’t seem to add up.

  23. I’m a little disappointed all the drama will overshadow Mikey Moore’s debut. He has a ton of hype around him. Cool to see him get some minutes.

I was told I couldn’t have an opinion on Tottenham today because I’m American. Reddit is a wild place lmao

  25. I’m ashamed that I’ve participated in the drama on twitter haha I very rarely respond to anything on there. Just use it for keeping up with stuff. But today I definitely called about 10 people pathetic losers. Felt good and bad simultaneously.
