    this is all there is

I would LOVE to see this show so much, nowhere near the Southeast is a huge bummer.

Really hoping for additional dates, but this is already pretty far away. Sad face.

Missed them the last time they came through LA, going to have to make this a priority.

Probably amityville for me. Wish Baltimore wasn’t a Sunday, would save me an hour.

Anybody have an opinion on the venue in Portland vs the one in Seattle? Considering planning a Pacific NW trip and trying to hit one of those stops.

but man I wish they were just coming to Nashville or Atlanta :verysad::verysad::verysad:

haven't lived in Seattle in years but went to a ton of shows in El Corazon. It's kinda whatever, low ceiling and there are a few support beams that can get in the way depending on where you stand

Listening to this in the dark with good headphones and a beer.

This band is the best. This is a great record.

One day I’ll revisit this, my memory of it was that if this was a collection of demos it would have great potential but as an album it very very under produced.

This album is very good and, production-wise, sounds very good

We reach for the longest shadow

I have this same thought, but don't want to rain on people's parade. Feels thin compared to the previous two albums to me.

I think this is my favorite Pianos album tbh, maybe tied with The Lack Long After but definitely the one I return to most.

  24. wow i don't get that at all

Yeah, it's definitely not underproduced. It does have a very-specific, intentional sound but it feels very alive and intimate to me, which ties in well with the lyrics and themes.

And if the closer doesn't absolutely shatter you then you have no heart.
