Another successful weekend of walking into a Record Shop and walking out with nothing. I was interested in a Le Tigre album, but it was $45 for a LP. I like to support Record Stores instead of online, but I can get that album online for $32 and it left a bad taste in my mouth. If it were say $37 I would bite the bullet. I'll look at another store and holding out online still.

 

Last few times they did that sale it was just books, movies, and games.

So it seems like TEN got shipped out but haven't seen anymore NFG get to people. Did they put a pause on shipping out the incorrect version?

Stoked to finally own this. Sucked they didn't keep the thank yous. My best friends were thanked as their Canadian friends/home base in the original cd liner notes. I remember hanging with ABR during their Thrillseeker era. Its wild to see how big they've become!

 

Lost in the announcement of a few Scary Kids Scaring Kids shows is that they're also pressing the S/T to vinyl for the first time.

 

I need that (and for it to not be paywalled behind a meet and greet at a show hours away from my house).

 

OOOF, didn’t realize that’s the only way to get it. $100 VIP for the vinyl and a photo/Q&A is silly.

 

The DTR one was stopped. Somebody posted an update saying they are correcting it.

UO versions shipped and you can return it, replace it (with the same thing, no track 3. Useless option) or get a 15% (I think that’s what I got) refund.

 

I got thanked by Defeater twice and that shit is the coolest ever

When it’s been a pretty slow year for vinyl and you want a little treat and it was at a (relatively) good price.

 

I’m still holding out hope for a repress.

 

It could totally still happen, but now that the 20th anniversary has come and gone, I said screw it.

 

If the DTR26 stuff continues, it seems like a no brainer. I’d much rather the band put something together that benefits them though.

No, I actually discovered them only a few years ago! It was a nice little treat to find such a great band that I had missed.
