Euphoria has been a life changing song for me fr, it’s making me competitive in all aspects of life, the pure energy is powerful, I am enjoying my Mr. Morale revisit but to me he has the potential to make his most hard hitting work, would love if he just came with a hard lyrical/flow/cadence focused album, the versatility on Euphoria and 6:16 especially is making me think that’s coming

Aaron Weiss 100% too. I didn’t listen to a ton of Thursday, but i owe that guy my allegiance because we spell our first names the dumb way.

Early Hold Steady / Lifter Puller era Craig Finn is way different than those two, but does the same thing in a really effective way.

someone like Eminem does this thing where they stuff so many words into a single bar for the technical ability it takes to do so and coming up with crazy rhyme schemes whereas Kendrick does it because he needs all those words to get the message across that he’s preaching.

That fucking ransom video with all of Drake's belongings is creepy af, I don't even know what I believe

Definitely think I agree with the consensus that Drake/UMG wants it over before it gets even worse for him

Qanon Kenny and his pizzagate bars have made this whole thing weird and lame

There is a pretty steep difference in "some celebrities and powerful people engage in pedophilia and trafficking" and Qanon Pizzagate stuff. Is he saying that Drake is sacrificing kids to the illuminati for their adrenochrome so he can stop aging? No. The accusations being made against Drake are no different than Epstein or Singer or Diddy or Prince Andrew, which you don't have to wear a tinfoil hat to think is plausible.

  9. pizzagate is when you acknowledge that powerful people commit sex crimes

A famous musician using their status to try to hook up with teenage girls? Pfttt what are you an InfoWars fan or something?

  11. Genuinely if you took every male member of a musical act that had performed in an arena in the United States between 1965 and today probably most of them are freaky ass dudes

If the same awareness and laws about sex crimes existed in the 1970's and 1980's that exist now, nearly every member of every major label touring arena rock band would have gotten their houses raided by the feds.

Q Anon Kenny lmao, must be a big Drake fan or something to call it that.

Drake via AI Tupac brought it up first if we are being honest.

Yeah i mean that happens anytime a very popular artist does anything. Like folks said, “DAMN/NATION” etc. Swifties do that re: boyfriends, Radiohead fans do that, “Paul is Dead”, the list could go on.

I remember when i was, like, 14 and going to songmeanings dot net to look up foo fighters lyrics and every single song had someone going “this is about Kurt Cobain/how evil Courtney Love is for killing Kurt.”

Shit I remember 2004 and everyone analyzing every lyric to every Taking Back Sunday/Brand New/Straylight Run song looking for long island scene drama.
