Where there's smoke, there's usually fire. I think for the amount of smoke we've seen surrounding Drake, it's kind of shocking we haven't found a forest fire yet, but based on everything we know, I would put money on him having some skeletons in his closet.

 

Drake kinda reminds me of Jared Leto. Like everyone knows he’s a creep or at least that’s the notion surrounding him but there hasn’t been anything super concrete come out (as far as I know) other than him texting Millie and Billie, smoke but no fire. Which is similar to Jared in that there have been rumors and stories and whatnot of him being a creep for years aka smoke but no fire (or at least not any that has stuck and actually made him face any consequences)

This situation with Trophy Eyes is getting a lot of attention now. Big news outlets are reporting on it, PopCrave made a tweet about it and it’s even being discussed in a celebrity gossip subreddit I am in. Crazy.

When they said the “fuck you” to that person last year who called them out for the mosh culture during their set, I admit that I thought they were being dramatic at the time, especially since they were being smug about it, but with this happening? There probably WAS truth to their mosh culture being unsafe (I have never seen them live so can’t say for certain)

Them donating $5,000 is a good start, but learning that the venue has tons of no moshing signs up and is known to have a strict zero tolerance for moshing, makes it all the more infuriating, especially when you watch the video and see that he stage dive out of nowhere during the first song.

 

If I was paralyzed for life I’d sue for a lot more than $5k tbh
