I like Bluesky.

 

I once asked by dad why he voted for GWB in the 2000 election (the last time he ever voted for a Republican) , and he was just like "I didn't know at all at the time what kind of president George W Bush would be, I just hate the Clintons and anybody associated with them. I voted against them not for GWB" and honestly I get it.

He voted for Jill Stein in 2016 lol

 

Bluesky isn’t “good,” but it’s easily my favorite social media experience right now, simply because enough of my old Twittxr favs are on there. (Mostly people from the comic book space, and/or writers I like paying attention to.) I think the fact that it hasn’t caught on, but still has enough of who I like, is kinda the hook, lol.

I’ll still glance at Twittxr sporadically, but it’s just… so tedious.

80% of my AP Gov class wasn't here today for senior skip day, and we're in movie watching mode now anyway since it's post test, they always want to watch National Treasure but told me to wait until the whole class was here next week to do that. So instead I was like hey let's do some stupid 90's kids comedy because they don't make movies like that anymore. We settled on Heavyweights, but I tried to get them to watch Angus and apparently their english teacher showed them it last year and they said they thought it was stupid lol. My millennial pop punk heart was crushed.
