my post was about jimmy, correct, who it seems like will now be 4/4 leaving a team with a sour taste in their mouth as he walks out the door with nothing to show for it. you got it.

 

i almost kinda respect it. he’s pretty close to chuck at this point for the best player to have never won anything. but he should consider trying to win something instead of being a corny dork at every stop of his career

 

I mean if you’re going to talk about injuries, their two finals appearences were marred with injuries. They lost Adeabyo and Dragic against the Lakers. And then Herro and Oladipo against the Nuggets, with Jimmy’s ankle being cooked after the Knicks series. I don’t think they would have beat the Nuggets at full health but I absolutely think the Lakers series was in play if they hadn’t lost anyone. They were relying on Bam with a bum shoulder/neck, Olynyk, and Meyers fucking Leonard to guard AD lol. And they definitely never had the juice to make an actual run this year after Jimmy’s knee injury and Rozier’s neck.

It’s literally been a week, if you take any report seriously at this point then that’s on you. Riley is playing hard ball with him, he’s been that way his entire career as a coach/exec. Jimmy just did a whole interview with a Heat reporter at the Miami Grand Prix or whatever and said that he wants to stay in Miami. I really don’t care about any reports until after the playoffs end.
