I mean, to be fair, it does look delicious

 

I don't want to eat a wet sandwich with a fork. Texture wise it looks like a nightmare.

oh, also after you smash spread yellow mustard on the patties then when you flip them they cook in the mustard. and kraft american cheese is the best (i prefer white vs. yellow)

 

I put mustard on the patties after the smash and its been a great hack. Been on a kick with the cooper sharp lately too
