I am indeed that Andrew, and I cannot believe I’ve been on message boards since 2004.

YCMB 4 life. Pretty sure my first post ever there was a question about how to buy tickets to Warped Tour. I am 37. Life flies by.

Some of the best humans and friends I’ve ever had came from YCMB/AP.net.

It’s good to remember how we all, in some bizarre way, have always been here for each other.

Yoo YCMB was another place I lurked a lot in high school but was too afraid to post. I was on the Underdogs fan club forums and saw someone mention the YCMB on their website so I went there and saw dom (who I think was also an APer?) just ripping people new assholes left and right lol

I still keep up with a handful of those kids from back then. I joined the YC board in ‘03 because I had extra tickets for a show and was trying to find someone to go with; a year later I flew to Las Vegas to meet a bunch of people from there IRL and a year after that moved to CA for a girl off of that board. We’ll celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary in November and our not-really-a-wrestling-fan son turns 7 in two weeks.

He’s into Yellowcard though.

It is interesting to see people all hyped on Tama Tanga and Tanga Loa when they were the definition of mid in NJPW for a very long time. Jacob Fatu is the only one of the new additions that I’m super stoked on. Dude is insanely athletic and been wasting away in MLW for years.
