I’m only 3 songs in but this is already a step up from Goodbye, and that’s an incredible album. Think people will come around to this one…

band is officially the best springtime, windows down band around now. Going to be blasting this a lot

just finished - every song here rips

there wasn't a moment where my interest dipped. very excited to listen to this more!

didn't know the singer developed polyps on his vocal chords and had to do speech therapy for 3 months. that's tough - he sounds great here though!

Totally agree with @Jason Tate about radio being least favorite though. But it’s not like it’s a song i would skip or anything.

My only complaint is I wish Other Side was a minute longer. Stupid complaint though, it's lovely the way it is as well.

Man Low is such a great song

This band knows how to write a FUCKING BRIDGE

like even Radio, it's a good song but the bridge elevates the song significantly

I liked it upon first listen! Goodbye to Misery felt more immediate but I’m sure I’ll listen to this a bunch whenever it gets warm

Wasn't really a fan of the previous one. Thought it paled in comparison to Paradise. But this is more like it! They seem to have "grander" ambitions judging from Fuck The Weather and Sick and it'll be interesting to see where they go from here, but until then I'll just enjoy the fuck outta this album!

On first listen it kinda feels like they released the strongest songs before the album, but first listens of highly anticipated albums almost always border on disappointing for me so I’m looking forward to spending more time with the whole thing. Standouts for me were the opener and closer, Roll With It, Youth, and Choke

Goodbye My Friend and Sick both hit hard on repeat listens, not sure why I didn’t recognize those as highlights instantly. I’m still kinda ambivalent on about a third of this but it’s way more sonically varied and a bit less cohesive than GTM so I can see it taking longer to digest

Finally got around to listening to this and it is unsurprisingly fantastic. Haven’t missed for me yet.

Growing to adore Radio, which didn't really make an impact on me when the singles were released

Low is still the highlight here imo

    The first five all crush.

I am pretty particular at the moment to the instrumental active riffing they do after he says “can’t take away the feeling that…” on Youth. Fucking hell, that’s the good stuff.
