Yeah I wouldnt blame Dice or bots for that quick sell out. SHM did Madison Square Garden on their last tour, so its understandable that a show at a small club would sell quick.

 

my favorite thing is whenever a band makes a tweet or instagram post there’s always a few replies saying come to Brazil and it never fails

 

The Get Up Kids playing shows this fall, Sunny Day Real Estate playing shows this fall, American Football playing shows this fall, Braid/Cap’n Jazz/Rainer Maria playing the Vegas fest this fall, now we just need to get The Promise Ring back together and it will be the 90s all over again.

 

I just bought my Sunday pass to Ohana Fest. With fees, it only came out to $20 more than what I paid for PJ’s LA show next month. $20 extra dollars got me Alanis, Idles, The Breeders and Kim Gordon. Way better deal.

How many of these "propositions" have to happen before they actually do anything about it? I feel like the ratio of articles I've seen about hypotheticals and actual action taken to combat the issue is pretty lopsided

I carted a ticket but I'm coming back from Vegas Monday morning-afteenoon and as much as I wanted to, I need to get home and sleep to get ready for work the next day :(

So I had to let it go

which market? i logged in at noon for Toronto to get tickets and only thing gone was floor. ugh, def hurt to drop $155 each on lower level seats when her last tour was $38.50 lol.

 

I know these are pretty small rooms, but seeing The Get Up Kids sell out both nights at Troubadour within a few hours of the presale is awesome.
