Lol yes for the following reasons:

• The Cap Ain't Real
• Goff is good
• Goff is the PERFECT QB for that team. You know they just looooove the island of misfit toys vibe they have.

The Lions are a unique case where success has eluded them for so long, and frankly so spectacularly, that to see them finally find some success, have the city respond the way it did, and have them double down by saying "we're paying our guys and we're getting this done" is truly some exciting stuff.

I was mostly joking, I think he has been quite good for them as well. Just know he is a divisive player so I'd imagine some of the takes would be off the wall.

Wouldn’t be shocked to see Goff & Lawrence get extended and the discourse to be annoying, but in both cases the team should do it and it’s the obvious correct move.
