The Patriots said they were moving to a more collaborative approach the day they fired Bill lol. Of course Ownership is going to be involved in the draft process. I find it challenging to believe any of the owners aren't getting updates and briefing packets from their GMs. But Wolf and his team are the ones running the show.

It's weird how much people WANT it to be like Jonathon Kraft is overseeing him, just so they can be mad about it.

Unknown. My company is weird in that they do reviews and promotions completely separated from raises. So I need to talk to my Boss on Monday and be like "I'm happy to take on ____, I think it's a good opportunity for them and me to grow different skills. But I'm wary of agreeing to more responsibilities until I start getting paid for the ones I already have,"

 

they give you a report without figuring anything else out?

 

I'll still have my current position, just with more responsibilities tacked on haha

Technically they haven't given me the report yet. My boss is suggesting it to the CMO, and the reports current boss/CMO's sister has approved/supported it as well. So it's like 99% happening.
