Not sure we'll ever see a closer be a top 5 CYA vote getter multiple times along with being a top 10 MVP vote getter again unless the trend of how bullpens are used changes drastically over the next few years/decades.

 

I remember when too many people thought Kimbrel was going to have a better career than Rivera

I get he had insane years but nobody will ever match that consistency for that long. Not another closer ever.
