Kirk played in the slot at one of highest rates of any receiver to even make an NFL team. Pearsall was 50/50 and also had a very low drop rate. Was user in contested situations a lot more as well. Kirk was used underneath and in short passes a LOT. Like Deebo, Shenault, Renfrew range. Pearsall had the same depth of target as Brian Thomas Jr.. Pearsall was utilized from 0-10 yards at one of the lowest rates in the last decade.

I do think Howie is going to try to trade up, even if only by a little bit. I’m looking at the Broncos at 12 and the Seahawks at 16 as candidates because the Broncos could use the picks, especially if the QBs they like are off the board, and John Schneider likes to trade back for the Seahawks.

As for who they’ll pick…no idea. I think they’re going to go OT or CB. If they trade up far enough for either of those positions, I think they will be doing so for JC Latham, Troy Fautanu, Terrion Arnold, or Quinton Mitchell. If they pick closer to 22, I think they’ll be considering Amarius Mims, Tyler Guyton, Cooper DeJean, or Kool-Aid McKinstry for the pick.

I'm hoping they trade up and draft a to OT, I really want to see that offensive line have extra insurance thrown at it because I have no idea what kind of impact losing Kelce will be.

Yeah this is largely where I’m at too. I think the shelf life is longer for OL too. I know they need improvements at corner, but it’s going to be a multi-year fix, not one that will happen in just one offseason. It’s easier to address corner in free agency or via trade than OT. They could always try making a move in the summer for a corner. Teams aren’t so willing to part with a tackle
