My wife and I thought we'd go when it was initially announced because she needs to see System still, but the rest of the card is too weak for us. For the love of God I don't need to see Slipknot for the 40th time in the last 3 years (and I am a fan of theirs). But flights + hotel + etc means this is a $2k+ excursion, and this lineup isn't worth it (for us)

Wish I could catch that one but I'm leaving that morning and have to be back at work on Monday. Oh well, I'm getting in on Friday morning so I'll try for the BMTH show

    Not Big Chungus

First time going. Any good coffee / food / record store recs for the area? Don’t gamble and there for 5 days

    - punk rock museum
    - area 15 (specifically Omega Mart)
    - hike red rocks canyon (about 20 min drive)
    - postcard from earth at sphere (ONLY if you can get discounted tickets for under $50, check for promo codes and some of the discount ticketing apps)
    - go down to Fremont East (lots of fun bars, highly recommend downtown cocktail lounge and the griffin)

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

I got coffee at Vesta Coffee Roasters when I was in Vegas last year and it was great

Omega Mart and Fremont Street are great

    Regular

Siegel's Bagelmania close-ish to the festival grounds isn't cheap, but the bagels/sandwiches are pretty good from my experience

I really dig the industrial energy going on between the Spiral and Siren stages.

Welp I'm gonna be bouncing between the 2 mainstages and the spiral stage

Spiritbox, Lorna Shore, Powerman 5000, Trash Talk, Primus, (break for food/merch), Kublai Khan, Drain, Vein, Danny Elfman, Knocked Loose, Bring Me the Horizon, Slipknot, Slowdive, System. Insane day.
