especially since she included a 24 page booklet right in the middle of the gatefold. if she adds more pages for the other 15 songs - in addition to two extra LPs - there's a nonzero chance those discs are gonna be incredibly warped. it's already bad enough she packed 4 discs in a slightly wider gatefold for Red TV. even if she separated the booklet from the gatefold, that's still a lot to pack in a single album package. i had to pull out an extra large sleeve for this thing in its base form. she'd probably have to do a boxset - similar to what Beyoncé did for Renaissance - to not damage everything.

See, she should have included an Elliot Smith reference to really help everyone.

You lose your mind a bit when you listen to two hours of music that sounds sonically similar.

I listened to the album like 4 times today so that's like 8 hours and I'm doing pretty good.

    I'll drop a critical opinion...

This is some of Aaron's worst work on the second "album". It's all very similar. Like he's fallen into the same trap Jack has.

I'll give you that F2POF is not great sonically but LT is where it's at.

I think he already was in that trap. Would've Could've Should've is basically the same musically as Renegade and long story short. Those are all great songs, but I've always found his work to be even more same-space with her than Jack's, by far

"I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" is cool. I wonder if there actually is some Blue Nile influence on these tracks. A lot of these driving synths seem like they could come from one of their records. More muddled and not as beautiful, but the core idea is there.

Isn’t The Blue Nile reference just another jab at Matty?

This is a lot of songs to take in at once. I enjoyed album 1 last night, and even more again this morning. Wrapping up my first listen of album 2 now, and the first half of this one is probably my favorite part of the entire thing, but then the second half is my least favorite part. Curious to see how this grows on me. I’m really not sure how I’ll feel in a couple weeks or a month. But there is definitely a lot I loved!

Not necessarily. Obviously the "he" is Matty, but I don't take the line as a jab.
