I went to my school’s Grad Nite (3 and a half hour bus ride to and from lol). We didn’t get a band that played, but just got DJs instead which I wasn’t too keen on.

That aside though, I remember it being an absolute blast. I almost didn’t go because my sister didn’t have fun when she went to hers. My friends had to convince me real hard to go since they were all going it. I’m glad I listened.

Also, next month marks the 10-year anniversary of that night too. Fuck I feel old

my school went to Disneyland and then randomly they switched to six flags so I’m glad I got the good years

 

I just looked it up and I lied. It wasn't Snow Patrol, it was The Fray, Cassie, and Cartel that played WDW Grad Nite 2007. I dunno why I get Snow Patrol and The Fray confused.

Yeah the same thing happened at my school too. I remember a lot of students being pissed

 

there was a rumor that someone got in trouble and we got “banned” because ironically when my sister graduated they were allowed back to Disney.

 

The Cat in the Hat ride is closed this year. Almoat all of my favorite rides are closed.

The Minions shooter is a waste of time. A lot of the kids just gave up and walked to the end.

 

My old high school basically just missed the deadline to sign up lol. I wish I had a cooler story to share…

 

We had these artists at Grad Night in 2001

Tyrese, DJ Skribble, Nine Days, 3LW, Christina Milian, Tonya Mitchell

I remember Nine Days being there. Thought it was funny bc they were from Long Island and that’s where we came from. Only other one I remember seeing was DJ Skribble in front of the castle.

The weirdest part of the trip was that I went to a Catholic high school. Prior to grad night they rented out the Hall of Presidents and we had mass in there. So strange.

 

Got all my dining reservations this morning with no problem.

My wife detoured to DAK yesterday on her way to Puerto Rico and she had to the audacity to send me photos while I was working

 

Nah I was like why would I go hang out with people I don’t like when I can pick up more shifts at the diner I worked at

Bold choice to choose DAK over the other three. Much respect.

DAK is a great park and Everest is one of the best rides

 

Satuli canteen has been a really nice quick service place and probably where i eat at the most at DAK now

 

If this means shorter waits at DW, then I’m for it

 

truly everyone wins when there is competition like this
