Got my Denver ticket. AXS website said it couldn't complete transaction, but I got an email and the mobile tickets are in my account, so I should be good (i hope).

reads to me like they may present a vinyl in a re-recording? Not sure if there are issues with obtaining rights to press the record with Fearless? either way, color me stoked!

 

"we expect 2025 to look and sound a lot different than these current reunion shows" reads to me like they will be changing the set lists around for a next tour, potentially because of the addition of new music? Who knows....

EDIT: and the band liked my insta comment mentioning the same thing....

 

I mean they're playing a 90 minute set, they don't have that much material, should be able to cover like 70% of the discography.

 

lol Right? Most of their songs are like 2 minutes long.

Gatsbys American Dream Setlist at The Gramercy Theatre, New York

 

Anyone go? How was it? So SAD to miss it. Even messaged Nic about it lol.

 

It was a blast! Band just kept picking up steam as the set went on. The crowd was singing along like crazy feeding them energy. Was very cool to see Modern Man live too.

 

I went too and it was so fucking great. Only thing that coulda made it better was Bobby being up there with them. Gonna be out in CO when they play out there and will probably go that one too.

 

I’ll be at the one in Denver, so hmu if you decide to go!

 

Gatsbys American Dream played their first NYC show in 13 years (review, setlist)

 

Seeing the lads this weekend. Do they hang out after the show?

 

In NYC they told everyone where to find them after the show, at a karaoke bar.

 

Alright, i'm gonna gush up top and then post a TON of videos and photos. I didn't even find this band growing up until they had already split, so I was almost 100% sure that I'd never see them live. AND YET!

They were so good. They only sold about 200 tickets to a 1200 cap venue, so we all squeezed in pretty tight up front and they played pretty much every song I could have asked for. Nic sounded great, Ryan and Kirk were on point, and Rudy is a beast behind the kit. One little technical difficulty, but it gave Nic a bit of time to talk to the audience. He confirmed they're working on some new tunes, but that's all we got out of him. They also sped Modern Man up by about 8 BPM and it fucking rocked.
