When that came out, I remember saying that it was the best song Dan has released with any project. Then TWY ended their next album with You're The Reason and that changed, but still an incredible song nonetheless.

From the line "in the years since we spread your ashes" to the end of the song gives me chills.

 

I would usually say "Winter Coats" is the best song on the album, but title track just really hit me today. All the "to-do list" moments are so reminiscent of The Weakerthans.

 

Not just you. For whatever reason, they uploaded all the singles individually as opposed to as part of the full album. No idea why, seems like a dumb move

 

Listened to the first released song like twice and avoided everything else. Excited for tomorrow!

 

Gonna get my first listen of this in on the ride home from seeing Hot Mulligan tonight. Can’t wait.

Especially excited to hear In Lieu of Flowers. It is a perfect live song and I can’t wait to hear the crowd joining in on the gang vocals.
