Almost $60 after fees seems kinda steep for them to me but I got the ticket

 

I suspect there's a reason they haven't announced openers yet - TSL are on the Tahoe For Lovers show the day after this so maybe some overlap there (or the rumored Homegrown announcement is this). I grabbed a pair for the balcony, never been to the Novo but the view looks cool.

 

Our local venue in Arizona posted then quickly deleted a post advertising a as yet to be announced Something Corporate show in October. There is no sign of the announcement anywhere online or social media. I assume they jumped the gun a bit. Possible additional dates to be added next week?

 

I believe they are adding Texas dates, so Arizona wouldn't surprise me.

EDIT: Mae is the opener for this show, so that would lead me to believe they've finalized all the support and will be announcing that soon as well.

Saw a date leak for a Gideon, VCTMS, Hollow Front summer tour

 

That last Gideon run did a sold out 750 cap room in Nashville. I didn’t know they were big now

 

Most of that tour was sold out, like 750-1k cap rooms. We had a discussion on this board about how big they got out of nowhere.

 

Originally I thought this was New Berlin Wisconsin, and not down by Springfield, which would be even funnier given the proximity to the northern Chicago burbs.

But still, two shows in the outskirts of the north/northwestern Chicago suburbs, amazing.

 

They sold out a good chunk of that tour. I went to the Chicagoland date and was very surprised at how packed it was. Tons of people in the crowd with cowboy hats lol

 

I thought this was the Aquabats tour announcement lmao

 

my friend who went said the same thing about the cowboy hats hahahah

 

They were even lighting up in different colors, it was hilarious

 

I'm now just learning that Ohio is for Lovers Fest is GA? That actually makes it a lot more tempting, I was just assuming it was in the amphitheater and there was a sidestage.

 

if it’s at the same venue as last year, it is an ampitheatre with two stages that have seats and a pit built in, as well as a smaller stage they set up in another location within the premises.

it is also GA, and they do not restrict you from standing in the pit area or from sitting in any seat at all. it’s similar to how most festivals that hit a venue that has seats would treat the situation. and last year i had zero problems getting anywhere i realistically wanted to stand - they didn’t pack the venue out by any means.

if this is an entirely different venue, then my apologies, but i think it’s the same one for sure.
