I’ll admit that’s one of the most stressful things about city living. I don’t care who you are, the government finds ways to tax you with parking tickets and your window is gon’ get busted by some desperate person looking for cash or change at least once.

 

wife uses 1/2 the garage because she hates having to warm up her car in the winter and it obviously helps protect from storm damage and now that she has that brand new car she's very careful with it

other 1/2 just has junk in it right now and I need to throw some trash out/move stuff around to be able to park my car inside

 

I LOVE my garage

Get to park inside on one side and work on guitars on the other side

 

our house was built in the 70s and it was funny driving a company truck for awhile because I don't think the front end would even fit inside our garage

 

Also yeah about 95-99% of them are connected to the house here, idk how it is elsewhere

 

My garage is full of junk so my car sits in the driveway getting shit on by birds

 

Prob closer to 75%, but in my price range prob closer to 65%

Yeah this is the reason it’s good to own a garage, you gotta wash your car way less to maintain that new-ish look. Not only bird shit but POLLEN etc. Also no ice scraping on cold mornings.

The pollen can get insane in Texas especially in central TX

My car got SO bad in San Marcos, it was infuriating. I'd get it washed and it'd be coated again within a day
