I did this yesterday. I gotta remember that even though you’d think they’re a great Italian sub place, their Italian subs are actually average and their TURKEY is where it’s at. The Club Sub is my go-to there now

 

Swam in the wonderful man-made lakes of oklahoma way more than I swim in above-ground or in-ground pools

have always heard it's much harder to sell a home with a pool

my wife insists that any time we travel there's a hot tub available

fences are expensive and I think that will be our first major home project since we just have 4ft chain link right now and my dogs freak the fuck out if they see anyone/anything outside of our home

 

Where I work the only quick options are jersey mikes, chipotle, and Wendy’s.

 

Back to being single and honestly excited about the amount of money I'm gonna save not buying fucking legos

I love having a wooden fence but every time we have a high wind storm it gets fucked up

Patios too are one of those things that's tough to get a really good ROI on. We fully fenced in our yard and added a mudroom and those seem to be the big winners for return.

 

Unless you're gonna use metal posts than wooden ones, the storms in Oklahoma are gonna fuck it up
