Get busy needs to be a setlist staple. It sounded so good over stream. What a fun show!

 

Get Busy ended up being the favorite child of this tour like Bang the Doldrums was of the first leg. They’ve had so much fun playing it.

 

Pete gave a little speech about how since the Minnesota-Wisconsin area show last summer got cut short due to rain, it was fate they got to end the tour in Minneapolis to "make it up to us"-- I had no idea how true that would be.

Holy fuck what a show. Their longest show ever and everything was tight as hell. Pit was lively. Jimmy absolutely crushed. Crowd was even fairly up for Hot Mulligan which is more than I can say for many “second from headliner in an arena” crowd shows.

 

One of those shows where I left an even bigger fan than I already am. So fucking good.

 

I'm honestly more excited now for the possibilities. They will really do anything now.

I do wonder if Patrick performing all these Soul Punk songs mean he's a bit more open to doing some shows again.

 

The rehabilitation of Folie a Deux has been my favorite part, I hope Patrick is not as down about that album now that he can fill the bad memories of first touring it with these more recent years
