It's crazy the rate this info is coming out. Seems even more chaotic than when ATL relocated to wpg. Actually an even crazier connection was that at that time PHX was having all those town halls about moving then outta nowhere ATL moved. Now ATL might be getting an expansion team and ARI gets moved. Wild.

The NHL is a joke league.

I forget all the minutia, but if ARI relocates, it's being done with the intention to re-expand there within the decade. Something like the current owner sells the team for roughly the equivalent of a new franchise, and then brings the Coyotes back as an expansion team when they have an actual arena.

It's all very stupid.
