Cant speak to some of those, but the Vikings one seems less a cap issue and more a "paying that kind of money for performance we can try to draft" kind of thing.

Like, the counter argument would be the Falcons who have a TON of early round picks they're gonna have to soon pay (Pitts and Terrell this year, basically...Bijan, etc by year 3 of Kirks deal), and thus giving $60mil a year to Kirk Cousins and Darnell Mooney seems positively insane by comparison
