im on chapter 10 with 30 hours played. i seem to play non stop for a few days then put it down for a few more days. i think im doing it because i dont want it to end and have to wait for the final part

 

its a one time thing but you can restart a match before losing. ive had to do it wayyyy too many times but im a winner and im gonna do what it takes to win (retry every match)

God.......they really did it huh?? They really got me with the fakeout, I legit gasped and then was like NOOOOOO. Ugh it hit so hard with the updated graphics and music. And the fact I care more about her in this new trilogy than I did in the OG game. Did we not get the scene of cloud carrying and lowering her body into the lake? Such an iconic scene and I don't seem to recall seeing it......

Also, the consensus seems to be when Glenn/Sephiroth is talking to Rufus and says "A father's dream...accomplished by his son" that was referring to Rufus and Daddy Shinra but WHAT IF he's referring to himself (Glenn) and Cloud? I know I know it doesn't make AS MUCH sense but I still wonder if he's Cloud's dad.....it's been speculated and I don't think been 100% debunked.....

Now to read/watch some more recap stuff cuz I'm legit confused with what's going on in Zach's world now. Need to digest everything....wow. I know that final chapter definitely pissed off people who don't like the whispers and new stuff but I loved it!

 

no, we didn’t get that scene which is super curious. My two theories are either Cloud is going even more insane than he did in the original and is imagining Aerith being still alive and we’ll get the putting her down in the water scene in the third game once he fully mentally breaks and realizes she’s dead. The other theory is there’s two timelines happening, one where she is alive and one she’s dead, but Cloud is the only one being able to see two timelines at once. Lot of questions still and I’m not confident in anything haha
