An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

I didn't find this consistently amazing but there's definitely enough strong stuff to carry it, respectable way for them to go out. Future Primitive my early highlight

May be too early to tell but this is my favorite album since Chuck.

I like it! I totally fell off from Sum 41 after Underclass Hero. No slight to the band, but I just was moving in different directions with my musical tastes. After catching up, they've remained remarkably consistent and seems like they're going out on top.

this has me on a bit of a Sum kick and gotta say. I wasn't really a Chuck fan when I was young, not really my sound but now I'm older I can appreciate that this album fucking rips

I'm digging the Hell side more than Heaven but overall I'm pleased with this!

I'm only 6 songs in and this is already, without a single doubt, their best album since Chuck

On first listen I did enjoy Heaven more than Hell, but Hell is still great and as a whole I think it's no contest that the album is the best since Chuck

Please don't tell me Hell is just a collection of more generic versions of what we've gotten on 13 Voices and Order...

They've said in interviews that leftover material from Order was a part of these sessions.

I wouldn’t say they’re more generic, but they could pretty much be on either of those albums. Just not my favorite by any means.

I just feel like this style was done by them over and over in past at least 15 years?I put OID,13V and SBM in the same bag…I loved what they did on Chuck and that’s my favorite record but nothing after came even close to that quality no matter how ,,heavy” they went.
And Hell sounds literally like anything on those records.

    Heaven sounds fresh for them.

Yeah this is what I figured…the style/sound has kind of started to become stale with recent records…so I’m glad it sounds like they went back and made some poppier stuff.

i would argue SBM sounds different than 13 voices and OID. I would also say the hell side is easily better than 13 voices.

13 Voices is my least favorite Sum 41 album. Some bangers on it though.

Oh shit, this is out in the interwebs?

Can someone help a brother out with a link via DM?

Just listened while at the gym. Not a bad album at all. Quite enjoyable and a lot of Heaven reminds me of Underclass Hero.

I can confidently say they pulled off the Double LP.

Strong way to end it all!

Blasting Heaven at the gym for about the week straight now….can confirm this is the SUM41 I needed in my life. Bummer it’s the last one.

I'm relistening to the last two albums out of curiosity for people's apparent disdain.

This morning I got through half of 13 Voices and my only real complaint is that the production sounds flat and sucks energy out of the songs.

The songs themselves though sound great and I feel like they pick up where Chuck left off.

Personally, Chuck is my favorite version of Sum 41. I always felt Underclass Hero was a big step backwards for them and Screaming Bloody Murder, while enjoyable, felt like a sidestep into more MCR-sounding material.

13 Voices though sounds largely like a fusion of punk, metal, and alternative, which is exactly what I want most from Sum.

I'm actually kind of surprised it has such a lukewarm reception on here.

My only complaint about the double LP is that the closer sounds like a lesser version of the 13 Voices closer. Really dig both sides equally now! Rise Up is probably my favorite song at the moment.
