This is why I need to move to southern NH and get into a bidding war with Dave!

I have this talk with my wife's parents and just older people who bought their houses here 30-50 years ago for 3 cranberries. Literally to live here AND have children is unaffordable. It is a good town and I'd love to live here forever. However, in like 10-15 years I bet they'll have to close down some of the brand-new schools they just built because there ain't gonna be enough kids in the school system.

No person in their late 20's/early 30's can afford these prices and buy a home to live here, nevermind have kids. We already saw them lay off a bunch of teachers because the incoming class is already shrinking. It'll get so bad so soon.

I was in the service industry for 15+ years. I know all about it and I treat service industry employees nicer that 99% of people. Both the southwest employees were pretty rude to me unprompted. I very politely asked if he could hang up my suit and he was an a-hole and the other FA was rude and actually broke my garment bag which I didn’t realize until we got to the hotel. And I was still polite as hell to both of them and thanked them while getting off the plane.

 

Stuck at the train again, might leave earlier tomorrow and park on the tracks
