Despite this post being specifically about The Big Dirty, they have the other two as well. Maybe not all of the stock is in or something, but I saw the other two.

Hey I was wondering: what album got you into vinyl?

Mine is this Hot Water Music / Alk Trio split. Kind of weird because I don’t usually like picture discs, but I was really into both bands at the time and when I saw it in a store I couldn’t help myself. IMG_1137.jpeg

I bought the Pretty Odd deluxe vinyl because I was a Panic megafan. That particular vinyl release is still pretty cool, imo.

saw Weezer The Blue Album billing as Original Master Recordings and asked for it for Christmas.

as a 20 year old I put it in a frame and now it's all scuffed up but I love it!

is it the same for you? Prestigious

Pretty Odd (just a basic copy) was my first vinyl record, too!

I also bought a copy of Young Jeezy's The Inspiration at the same time haha

Blink's Untitled album on white wax through Mightier Than Sword. Figured that if it was my favorite album, I needed it for myself. Insane what that one album led to for my collection.

Fun fact, that original vinyl is now signed by Mark, Tom, and Travis after meeting them all individually.

Silverstein's WBIEF was my very first record I bought back in 03 but I didn't buy another record til Converge's Axe to Fall in 09 which jumpstarted my collecting as a hobby.

mine was the hot topic version of The Mark, Tom And Travis Show , i knew the CD was a limited pressing when i was a kid and it was OOP so when i saw it on vinyl i scooped it up, and then bought another copy to listen to, i bought one of those 12x12 record frames from like hobby lobby and framed it LOL so i technically have two copies

framed copy Blink-182 – The Mark, Tom And Travis Show (The Enema Strikes Back!) (2011, Blue Opaque, Vinyl) - Discogs
listening copy Blink-182 – The Mark, Tom And Travis Show (The Enema Strikes Back!) (2014, Clear With Pink, Green, Blue Splatter, Vinyl) - Discogs

both go for a nice coin these days

Oh yeah forgot to add the WHY lol.

Cuz they didn't have any more cool tshirts I wanted, and they didn't have any posters I liked, and the vinyl had alternate artwork and I thought it looked neat and wanted to support the band somehow.

And as each month goes by and I add another preorder here or there or find something off my wantlist on Discogs I'm just like......space......I'm running out of space!

And then there's the fact that (more) stuff is probably getting pressed this year as we celebrate 20th year anniversaries of albums from 04. And my wallet cries.
