That would make sense. It's been awhile since I've played though so I'm trying to think of a moment around Day 2 or so that would be a good stopping place for both.

 

I really hope the viewers that have never played the game get to stay unspoiled on what happens.

So it seems they’ve just been filming the first two episodes so uhh yeah, Pedro is not going be in this very long lol. I also saw a post that they are scheduled to film through August 26th.

 

He’ll be in it a bunch in flashback moments I’m sure. There’s still a lot of opportunities for him to be in it throughout the season with that.

 

Yeah I think there was rumor that he would appear in 4 episodes total. I just thought they were maybe going to push back that moment a little but into the season, like closer to halfway through.

They've only been working on two episodes and there was info out there that he was directing the premiere and he refers to them working on the second episode as well. They have filmed the early Jackson scenes and dance (even though I know you were trying to push back on that), and they filmed in a big cabin the clearly is supposed to be replicating the cabin from the game. I'd also add that I don't think they would have announced the SLC crew this early if they weren't already filming those scenes.

I know it's speculation but it seems pretty clear. I'm not sure why you choose to push back on most things I have shared here in regards to the filming, I have never tried to portray anything as an absolute.

I don’t even think it was ever confirmed he finished filming I think people literally just thought that because he shaved his beard.

 

They were never going to confirm it but the info came from an insider that has been proven right multiple times about his TLOU stuff. The big one was that he was the first to break the Kaitlyn Dever casting like a month or two before it was announced.

The picture of Pedro without his beard came after DanielRPK posted about him being done in his patreon newsletter.

 

Ah, didn’t realize that. I saw the no beard pic first and then a couple hours later saw everywhere reporting he was done filming.
