Theaters would have taken whatever she gave them. That industry is not in the position to say no to anything that will dependably make money.

This is obviously the right answer, but man, I’m getting tired of that being the answer.

assuming the 3 bonus songs from the rental are also included in the D+ version in addition to the 5 extra songs, what's the runtime for this thing gonna be? the rental version is already just over 3 hours.

It’s the 43 song main setlist and the six secret songs from the three nights of filming.

I think theatrical was 38 and 2 secret songs and rental was 42 and 2 secret songs?

update on the runtime. Disney+ now let's you save it to your watchlist ahead of its release. final runtime is 3 hours 30 minutes (210 minutes).

all four main show songs are integrated back into the setlist. the 4 acoustic songs are after the credits.

I'm guessing that with the re-recordings almost being done, using it here kinda is a way to like... extend the terminology for her going forward. Maybe it will now mean "full edition" or "deluxe" etc etc. I think it's dumb, but maybe that's what she is moving toward

Went to watch Lisa Frankenstein last week or so ago and they still had stacks of the Taylor's Eras popcorn tubs. Didn't have time to ask staff about them cause I was running late for the trailers and I don't like to miss those but I'd have figured they would've all sold out when the Eras movie was in theaters. Wasn't sure if the movie plans to release in theaters again or if I just don't live in a densely populated swiftie spot

This definitely seems to be the case. But like, the "Taylor's Version" tag isn't like some brilliant turn of phrase. Let it die!

I hope she reinvents herself in the future or gets a Sasha fierce or Chris Gaines like alter ego so we can get (Taylor's version) (artist formally known as Taylor's version) (Alison Finlay, the real me version)

BOOOO, it was just a super mega high res video of Taylor during the Cruel Summer bridge, walking directly to the camera, just mesmerizing to see her 100% in her element.

In all the chaos and confusion of versions, I had completely forgot about the Acoustic version of Slut and the TV version of Sweeter Than Fiction being exclusives to two specific versions of the album. I have both as files now if anyone wants them, DM me

I'm losing it with these mashups she's doing, I haven't watched the videos because they're all shit quality, but the fact they exist makes me lose my mind. I need high quality versions of them, studio versions or even just from the tour

That's interesting. I almost never hear is it over now on radio. I def hear cruel summer and anti-hero the most. But obv that's anecdotal

makes sense. that's 3 nights of acoustic songs, so why the hell would they try to cram 6 songs in the middle of the show when they could present it as "the full concert" + some extra stuff at the end? the big difference here is that the extra songs from the rental + cardigan are integrated into the runtime of the concert instead of being tacked on at the end.

looks like the six acoustic songs are also available to view by themselves as a 27 minute extra under the film's Disney+ page in the extras section
