i think this record made me realize how fucking good never hungover forever is. like this is a very good record but i don't see it in the same league as that one, that record is just so so good.

 

It's not in the same league.

There aren't a lot of records that exist that are in the same league as NHA. But this is still a really good album that I've listened to A LOT.

 

I feel that but the other way around

 

that's tight.

i seriously can't stop listening to it. angel in the snow is an all time great JM track. i haven't been able to get the broken dog lyric out of my head for the past 2 weeks.

 

The songs on here are better than NHA, but the production on that record is great and this sounds like a YouTube stream

 

Yeah, to me this is a big step ahead of NHA in nearly every way (aside from production, I suppose). Still not sure if this one tops the S/T for me, but it's most certainly close.

 

This one's definitely my favorite, but I guess we will have to see where it falls after a few months

 

so dope to be able to listen to their discography in a little over an hour.

 

finally getting around to this, the hook in fake ID is so huge

also this is pretty easily my favorite joyce manor album

 

every time someone posts about seeing them live i get bummed that i already saw them and cant again

 

hmm feel like the three songs between the opener and last you heard of me are pretty unmemorable

 

seriously? angel in the snow is the best song on the album

 

i'm only halfway through and i would disagree, sorry jacob

i cant fathom not liking that song tbh

 

everything on the record is fine at worst and fantastic at best
i just think the average of the last one is a few notches up

 

reversing machine, stairs and no ID are probably my favorites here

solid, decent record, but i prefer the two before it definitely

 

i think this is much better than the first two though, and i like those records

 

first two or last two.

NHA is the best. this is 2nd best pretty easily

 

That one LP they put out on Asian Man was kind of whatever to me. They didn't play anything off it last week

 

This is fantastic throughout, doesn't ever dip in quality and it has the highest highs of their career
