Between tonight’s chapo opening on the NYT coverage, and the new Death is Just Around the Corner on Aaron Bushnell, I’m in a pretty zany mood tonight.

 

Lost my smell and taste again. Sigh.

 

No disrespect for what they did but can you really say you humiliated him when his body guard straight up yeeted that man out of the room. Manchin was about ready to do it himself lol

 

Just sent my real estate agent a house I was interested in checking out that was listed for $265k

Her response: "They had 35 offers with offers in the mid 300s"

gotta love the housing market

 

That has not been the market out here. Friends took 3 months to sell below asking.

 

Let’s all move to Portland

Portland is selling below asking? That’s surprising, it’s still tough out here to buy. A little better than a year ago but you still have to go above asking and things are fine within a few days

 

6-10 months ago it looked like prices were starting to come back down, but in the last couple months it has taken off again. Lot of homes around here they’re asking for over half a mil for that are…not worth half a mil imo lol.

I think at this point we could get away with asking for 400K for ours, despite being a less than desirable zip code compared to the ones around us
