yeah I love bull believer but I agree with the flow disruption. it doesn't bother me but it does feel out of place for me being at track 2

Album of the decade still, just fyi

 

This, Blue Rev, Fetch The Bolt Cutters, Dragon New Warm Mountain, Punisher, and either of the last two Waxahatchee albums are all timers for me this decade. It's hard to choose just one.

 

Don’t think I’ve listened to fetch the bolt cutters since like a month after it came out

Yeah this is miles better than any of those records for me except Saint Cloud. Have cooled on Punisher a lot but it’s still great.

 

Blue Rev is a genuine masterpiece

 

none of those would make a favorites list personally though I forgot about punisher. I like punisher a lot.

"songs" (2020), flight mode's first EP (2021), russian circles - gnosis (2022). "rangerover" as a song if that counts.

I expect to really love the new alcest record and hope it reignites something in me

 

I do think punisher will be the consensus #1, but yeah this is probably better than every other album listed except the wax ones, maybe that flight mode tape
