lol I'm just saying she looked redicious screaming "I never intended to hurt anyones feelings, I'd never do that ever, I'm a great person!" or whatever on the dock, because come on, how did you think DMing him was gonna go?

 

i kinda get where she’s coming from but i’ve been told by everyone i know who watches that i’m crazy so idk lol

 

I get her argument that "I'm realistic. I know ya'll just met a week ago." And if that was her only argument, I'd probably be with you. But between her answer to "did he leave the door open for you" and her answer basically being "well, he didn't say anything but the vibes" and the whole "I never intended to hurt anyone" stuff made me just roll my eyes. And then the Jetskis was just sociopathic from both of them haha

 

I loved that both of them were like fuck it, let's have fun.

 

It was objectively incredible content, but if I was an onlooker there I'd be like "shit these two are fucking crazy" haha

 

oh i agree with that lol. moreso with jeramy. for sarah ann, it’s like, well im pretty sure they all hate me anyways so might as well have fun. for jeramy to suggest that is insane lol.

The difference between how Jess and Sarah Ann handled being the second choice is really stark to me. Like you did not see Jess jumping into the DM's to drop that if it doesn't work out hit me up.

Also helps that Chelsea is insane so jess seems reasonable and sympathetic in comparison lol

 

AD's mom the real hero of the season though.

 

Most of these people are batshit crazy.

AD’s mom and Clay’s mom seemed like the most reasonable, real ones we have met so far.

The continuous sex talk between Johnny and Amy is so cringe. Like two 14-year-olds discussing how they’re going to go about losing their virginity. They seem like decent people but are painfully boring.

I want to like Clay because he seems like he’s genuinely trying to be a good person but him thinking cheating is some hereditary disease is so weird and is getting really old that every conversation turns into it. Like, if I’m AD and that’s continuously a conversation, the writing is on the wall.

I would have ran from Chelsea the second they got in a fight in the Dominican. And then again the other 7x she flipped out for no reason. Personally think Jimmy is a saint for dealing with her. Also, didn’t Chelsea say her ex BF is one of her best friends? I feel like Jimmy is staying around for the ride to a) not make her suicidal and b) to not look like an asshole on TV.

Jeramy is a straight up psychopath. And Lauren’s own parents said if you treat her nice, she’ll walk all over you. I would be scared to death of her.

Also really confused by Trevor’s conversation with Chelsea. Not sure what his intent was but it was borderline comparable to the DM Sara sent Jeramy - only this was face to face.

 

Did I hear right in the Jimmy/Jess convo “you’re still my first choice” or #1 or something? Seemed so weird in context where the rest of the convo was actually pretty normal and then he went back to being normal with Chelsea right after.

As far as the two of them I think he was pretty clearly not into her at first sight and she can tell and that’s informed a lot of her insecure behavior but he actually does seem to be genuinely trying now. They are doomed no doubt but I hate him a lot less after these two eps.

The AD/Sarah Ann convo was amazing. AD just egging her on then completely slamming her for it. Perfect moment.

 

I noticed him saying that to Jess too. maybe he meant that she was his number one but he wasn’t ready to be a father. But maybe that’s too direct for this show and they edited it out. Idk for sure though.

I feel like the editing in this show is really egregious and tells its own story. There’s a lot more that we never see, seems like.

 

I was ragging on Jimmy a lot in the beginning, but now I’m rooting for him. I really hope he comes to his senses and sees how toxic Chelsea would be.

Also loving both AD and Clay.

Sarah Ann is just trying to get with someone whom she was in the experiment with. Laura and J weren’t really engaged cmon lol. It’s an experiment on Netflix. Also yeah AD was being super judgy and trying to shame her. Then didn’t like how Sarah stood up for herself.

 

Clay continues to win me over

 

This. It's not a real engagement. The last episode with everyone coming back is meant to disrupt things and challenge these engagements. It's all part of the experiment. Sarah Ann isn't at fault. Jeramy's half assed commitment to Laura is.

 

Okay, but you also can’t act like you take the experiment super seriously (them, not posters) and then also act like “well the results don’t actually mean anything” lol

 

People were ragging on Jimmy for checking out on Jess once she said she had a kid…but like, dating somebody with a child is a huge commitment and you have to be mentally and emotionally ready and mature enough to enter into that type of relationship. It’s a whole other ballgame.

If he’s not ready to be a father figure - especially while going through a 2-week experiment where he’s talking to a dozen different women - then he’s not some sort of dickhead for not wanting to take that significant of a step. It would have been far worse if he did stick around then was a total piece of shit to her child.

I don’t know, I felt he kind of got a bad rap for that.

 

Yeah that’s how I feel now. Really it’s not fair to Jess, Jimmy or the daughter. Marriage after 1 week of talking, sight unseen, is crazy enough. To also include the upbringing of a 10 year old kid is alot to ask, and harmful to the kid if things didn’t work out.

 

As a single dad with an 8 year old, I agree with most things, but disagree hard with others.
