If it sticks out like a sore thumb, let the commissioner deal with it. No need to be a tattletale.

 

As a commissioner in other leagues, it is helpful when other people are looking out to make sure people follow the rules. He shouldn't have to babysit people who have been in the league for years that can't follow the rules. He has enough shit to worry about.
