this Minecraft x Universal Studios collab is honestly all I needed in my life

 

Player's Log: Trails of Cold Steel IV.

I'm more or less at the final battle, but I gotta call it a night.

That said, I am definitely finishing this game tomorrow after work and may even start Reverie, I dunno.

So, McBurn is kind of a big ? at this point, huh. He's from another world, and apparently Campenella tricked him in some way? I'm really curious what his deal is. And Campenella too, while we're at it. He doesn't age, but he's not a vampire or a homunculus, so is he also from another world? Like, Ouroboros is fascinating because no one can figure out what their deal is. I hate that I only have one (two?) more game before I'm caught up with the series.

 

Finished Yakuza 0 Ch. 2 earlier. It was nice to be able to explore more of the districts and even completed a few side quests along the way. The story took an interesting turn with the twist with who is working with Tachibana. I will say I really struggled with the second phase of the Oda fight.

I wasn’t expecting a long cut scene to start chapter 3, but Majima was cool.

 

Majima is the coolest motherfucker in video games

 

started playing dead island 2 with my cousin and it’s honestly just fine. The combat still is the absolute worst just like the first.

 

Yeah I remember playing the first and it’s like the most 6/10 game to exist so I’m expecting the second one to be the same

 

Like I could not tell you a single thing about the story or characters of that game at all

 

I was playing dead island by myself and some dude joined my thing or whatever and he gave me hacked weapons and it made the run so fun and I don’t see that happening here

 

Rainbow Six Siege is getting quite a lot of QOL changes coming this year and might actually get me to play more

 

My 15 year old brother loves siege he said the new stuff coming looks great

 

I okay siege now and it's a lot of fun, I hope these new QOLs are actually good

 

I haven’t caved yet but I may now that I know you have

 

I'm listening to the H:FW OST and I'm just reminded how fucking good it is. Still need to play Burning Shores.

I gave it a try. I'm just bad at it and didn't enjoy my experience enough to continue it.

 

I started ghost recon wildlands the other day and got a few hours in and am having a good time with it. Basically just an extraction shooter version of far cry

 

Wildlands is the Mercenaries sequel we never got

 

So a rumor from last week is that the Bloodborne movie is eyeing Adam Wingard to direct and Bill Skarsgard to star. I don’t remember the movie ever being a thing but I guess that’s why Sony isn’t greenlighting a remaster because they probably want to release them together?

Yeah R6S is hard to get into unless you’re playing with a team who can play with you and explain things to you. I’ve been playing since December 2015 so it’s been a game I’ve been with essentially since the beginning.

That Jynxzi guy can be annoying but he’s helped put a lot of eyes back on the game and he does genuinely seem to love playing it, so fair play to him
