Funny you mentioned TOAD, they go by only Theory now. It's fine because they sound nothing like they used to be in their first albums.

Actually, their last album returned to their original name and post-grunge sound.

They were about to go on tour with some other bands from that era... I miss Chavez, he was the best one.

Edit: The article says they will continue as a 4 piece. I really hope they don't get the bassist to sing again. The songs they remade with him on vocals was some of the worst things I have ever heard.

 

Unfortunately Chavez can't get his shit together. Honestly, I wish they'd bring back Luke. Planets was a fucking jam of an album.

Peep the trailer for season one. It’s on HBO Max. There’s tons of music jokes in every episode and it’s so fucking funny. The newest episode ended with a song from The Bouncing Souls. Plus they’ve mentioned everybody from orgy to the mighty mighty boss tones to Limp Bizkit. It’s so great, highly recommended if you like adult animated shows & music

 

I need to check that out. David Gborie does one of the voices and he's typically great.

 

Was not expecting this in 2024. They have covers for Adema and Staind too.

 

I miss Fingertight. They were like a heavier, angrier Our Lady Peace.
