Need an entire post-hardcore record now. Love when bands make their heaviest record deep into their career. Never realized how much this sound could suit them.

  6. Maybe another one of those Songs That Saved My Life comps Hopeless does? They would rock "The Melting Point of Wax."

Wasn’t sure if I should post about this here or the Aaron West thread.

Loneliest Place on Earth Fest is happening again on August 24th again outside the Electric Factory. Details getting announced tomorrow. Here’s hoping the weather is more agreeable this year and keeps it from going off the rails again.

Since The Wonder Years are playing Sad Summer Fest I’d imagine this will be Aaron West instead explaining why the tour wasn’t listed as coming to Philly. Curious if that will be the full headliner or they bring in someone else as a coheadliner.

No way it can fill outside the factory if it’s Aaron West as the headliner

I have no info but would Hot Mulligan/Aaron West make sense?
HM are headlining Ohio Is For Lovers a couple weeks after.

I'd be shocked if AWest isn't on this though. Dan said they've got one more show unannounced this year whenever they announced the tour, and there's no Philly date on it. That plus this coming right after the Asbury Park show I think all but confirms it.

Super excited to see the lineup tomorrow!

  16. Would be fun if they got a big headliner or two (Hot Mulligan makes a lot of sense) and instead of TWY they had all the members’ side projects play.

is it the same for you? Prestigious

He said something about playing in Philly later this year (even though it wasn’t on the tour) at the Aaron West solo show at Hello Donuts on Sunday. Have to assume it’s that.

Lineup makes a ton of sense. Definitely a fun one! Wonder who the TBA is

  20. Hey, I guessed the headliner and that at least a couple of the TWY side projects would play! (Not that it was a real stretch). Guessing the TBA is another band on Sad Summer, probably Knuckle Puck.
