This is why I watch it at 1.5 speed lol

 

This is one of the very few times I'd actually condone speeding up a show

 

I skipped the last season but back for more slop, already caught up on all the s6 eps

first off they spent way too long in the pods this time around.

The way some of the people talk to their SO this season is so uncomfortable to me, especially Clay with the way he talks to AD. She seems like one of the more level headed people here this time around though so Im rooting for her still. Glad she dodged a bullet that was Matthew too.

Everything w Chelsea/Jimmy at the party felt like I was watching the most insecure, clueless, and emotionally shallow teenage couple interact.

No major thoughts on the rest of them atm except Jeremy guy storming off like a big baby has me thinking things are gonna go downhill fast with him.

I have never watched a single minute of any of these seasons and last night my wife and I went to a bed and breakfast and after going to a few bars/early dinner we just decided to go in for the night and ended up watching the first 5 episodes of Season 6.

I hate it and love it at the same time.

 

I honestly think Jeremy just got too drunk at that beach party. Felt like classic drunk behavior where a little thing sets them off and they just want to go home/go to bed lol

 

idk the promo for the rest of the season didn’t look good for him either. though laura came out looking terribly too at the beach.

 

yeah the promo was the main thing that had me worried with him, though Laura definitely has major red flags too, she seemed to want to just stir up drama for the sake of it both in and out of the pods and put Jeremy in an embarrassing situation at the party for sure.

 

she seems like the kinda person who says sorry you didn’t like my joke when in reality she just isn’t funny and is offensive

 

Laura has SCREAMED drama with how she handled the Jessica stuff. The whole "I'mma tell you something, but not everything" stuff was just weird.

 

lol man has to be like 'that's no Megan fox' when he saw her.

 

there were several times where, while drunk, he seemed like he was going to say that and then pivoted to saying she lied about some other small thing

my wife and i kinda agreed that chelsea seems overdramatic and the constant need of reassurance and totally insecurity is annoying but, while jimmy isn’t really lying about how he’s acting, it’s just coming from her intuition that he just isn’t into her and she can’t put her finger on a real reason why

 

Agree with the second part, she asked him so many times. But also his answers to things were so bad On numerous occasions I feel like he hinted she's not how he expected her to look.

 

The dude literally says to Chelsea multiple times “it doesn’t matter what you look like.” He’s so deep in denial, like yes it clearly does matter if you’re bringing it up that much

 

Chelsea has been hella dramatic but from previous things she has said it also sounds like she has had history of shitty relationships so I’m also wondering if it’s just carrying over to this, sis needs some therapy I think. But jimmy has also handled every confrontational interaction the worst fucking way lol

 

I think an incredible dating show would be a Love Is Blind setup but instead of talking to potential partners, they're just talking to a therapist.

 

She wouldn’t be having this problem with Trevor, just saying

 

tbh trevor deserves better

 

Need a bachelor type spinoff called Love is Trevor

 

Have any couples in the history of this show actually stayed together?

 

Honestly has a higher success rate than any other dating show I can think of

 

yeah there are a bunch lol

 

Is it worth it to go back and watch the first five seasons or nah?

 

Season 2 is particularly memorable and messy for me. The rest of them all kind of blend together.
