Yeah that’s weird and not what I was expecting at all. I know Pantoja will probably fight at 301, but he can’t main event a PPV. It would be incredibly weird to have that show be main evented by a non Brazilian fighter.

Main event is only disappointing because Dana is an idiot liar and over promised. It’s a perfectly fine main event for such a loaded card and much better from an excitement factor than Leon-Belal. I imagine that fight main events 302 because I can’t imagine them punishing the Brazilians with it lol

 

Looking forward to next weekend. A rare day of MMA from morning to night. There will be fights on from 9AM -10PM. The PFL-Bellator event should be sick and the Mexico City card looks like it’ll be a lot of fun.
