I give Rock a lot of credit for knowing when to step aside, but the mess we have now is still ultimately his fault, so far as we know.

Someone should’ve been in his ear letting him know how over Cody is and how generally pleased fans have been with the direction of the product. A superstar from the previous generation (even The Rock) doesn’t necessarily supersede the momentum of the current crop of talent the way it once would have.

The real life power struggle is insanely fun to discuss and mill over, and the TV is fun, too, but they did really hurt two massive matches. I’m sure it won’t matter from a business perspective or anything, but it’ll still be a “what if” creatively.

as long as the main event is Cody and Reigns ill have no complaints, the story is less than it could've been but they could have had Cody win the Rumble and not even show up until Mania and id be happy i think lol, i think that match is gonna be very special

The decision to have Cody win the rumble and then step aside for the Rock was truly insane stuff. Literally book anything but that and you can maybe have it work out (they still probably get boo'd though).

And if it ends up with Cody/Seth v Rock/Reigns, then its just taking a Night 1 main event away from someone else for a match nobody asked for. And funny enough, it'll take away from Drew's run to a title again

i agree with this but slight caveat: you gotta be cool w watching on your laptop/tablet/phone or HDMI via one of those devices. it's hard to get it going on like a Roku TV or to cast it (used to be able to but one day they figured out).

if you're good w that it works pretty much perfectly and rules and is incredibly easy

 

There is a nord app you can put it on any Roku, fire stick and then go on fite I do it for every ppv
