I was on a jury last May and yeah very interesting but eye opening and kinda strange experience. Just a weird game where no one acknowledges the rules but everyone knows the rules but we all know we're not following the rules but wont ackowledge we're not following the rules.

Funny post from the Absurdist Twitter thread, but I do want to hear people's actual answers to the question.

Junior year Leno told a joke about our high school on the Tonight Show. Someone's senior project turned into students taking naked pictures in the photo lab.

Also, the craziest one was the summer between our sophomore and junior year, two girls got kidnapped at the water towers, one of them was our class president, a girl I'd gone to school with since elementary. It was the first in the country the Amber Alert system was used and it saved their lives.

 

A week or two before graduation the senior prank (I had no involvement) was graffiti-ing the roof of the middle school that you can see from the high school cafeteria. In big white letters it said our high school initials and graduating year. Within a few days we found out it was done by a bunch of the football players the night of our Class Night. Stories I heard made it seem like some highly planned out heist. Someone squealed and all those involved got punished. I only remember part of their punishment was they weren’t allowed to attend graduation (but still got to graduate).

A week later after the graffiti was cleared up on the roof, someone returned and drew the outline of a giant ejaculating cock. And yet no one was caught for that. No confessions as far as I knew. But… my good friend at the time had a theory that his buddy who graduated a year before us did it, simply because he thought of him as an insane person who’d do it.
