It's crazy how much the models have shifted south in just 24 hours. I've seen some meteorologists saying they've never seen such volatility in the models within 24-48 hours before a storm. Still only suppose to get a few inches here if that, but I'm excited for a morning of heavy snow after it changes over instead of the all soaking rain they were calling for yesterday lol. But who knows if there are more surprises in store with this system.

Just shows how even with the technology we have the weather will do crazy things and is so unpredictable. Meteorologists have it so tough and I will forever defend them from the dumb "weathermen are never right" people

Its been a long time did they always go so heavy with the "TDS" branding or are they specifically leaning into the whole reclaiming it from "Trump Derangement Syndrome"?

The internet/twitter took a few instances of him "both sides"ing things, especialyl from 2010 when it wasn't 100% apparent yet to a lot of people that the GOP of old was completley gone, and it memory holed/made them forget that a lot of the times he's attacking Dems he often did it from either the left or just from a "they're so incompetent" POV. Which I think we can all agree with.

Last night was funny. I assume he'll spend less time on Biden's age going forward but there's no ignoring it

Did not expect to like that TDS segment but I did. A little disappointed Palestinian lives weren’t emphasized but as Jon Stewart would probably say he’s a comedian and it’s hard to make that funny. Biden can be old that’s not the problem, the problem is he’s not empathetic enough to try to stop people being slaughtered and mass suffering caused at least in part by our resources.

Welp...the roads here are absolutely terrible and they didn't call a delay or closure because our district is having its referendum vote today. My understanding is most states' school districts don't have to go through this shit to get their revenue, but basically, the district citizens vote on whether or not to raise their property taxes to continue funding the school district at current levels. We're facing 6 million+ in budget cuts if it doesn't pass. Apparently a lot of parents are pissed at them for keeping us open and grumbling about voting now. But the flip side is we close the schools then they're "Oh so you can't stay open for my child's education but you can ask me to drive out in this and vote at the school you just said was closed?!". Incredibly shitty situation for us. I hope this shit passes. COmmunity support seemed high, much higher than I remember it being the last one we had almost 8 years ago (thanks ESSER funds!)
