Whenever I read something like this the dread of knowing that Biden is our only hope against this wells and boils over and I’d rather just disappear

I feel like not enough people talk about how Biden's current chief of staff Jeff Zients who is basically running the show is a super rich wall street private equity guy, is a lacky for big tech, had to give up his seat on Facebook's board before he took a job at the Biden White House, was only initially brought into politics by Obama to try to technocrat-ify the OMB, and has 0 political instincts.

At least Ron Klain being a veteran old school political operative was savvy enough to try to make Biden do that faux FDR thing to try to appeal to progressives in the first half of term. Notice he stopped doing that the moment Klain retired.
