Ah well. Would have been fun seeing him in WWE.

 

I was hoping he would lead the new era of CYN

 

Glad he’s going to AEW. AEW has a crowded main event scene, but at least it’s crowded and not the same 4-5 people that WWE has pushed for years. I really don’t think he would have been used properly in WWE. Eventually he would be just another guy and used like Nakamura. I don’t care to see Okada on autopilot.

I have faith he will be put in meaningful feuds that’ll be a lot of fun. He can also do some New Japan shows on occasion which is dope. Nice to see AEW cooking after floundering the last five months post All In.

 

Definitely makes sense. Hes going to have a lighter schedule. His friends are there. He likely gets to keep his music. And he’s getting the most money.

I don’t think he’s going to get lost in the shuffle just because he’s such a star but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him or Will get stuck with Jerichos dumb ass right off the bat.
