I’m biased because I work with Wade and know most his crew. Never had anything but good experiences. He’s a pro. Does not betray his sources.

I think he regularly gets lumped in with a lot of other “dirt sheet” reporters for falsities, but in the last several years, he’s focused almost exclusively on analysis, and I think he’s very good at it. His work isn’t perfect and the Torch can sometimes feel like an echo chamber of sorts, but I find most of his criticism to be fair and at least personally justified based on his own proclivities.

He’s not the guy you want if you’re looking for someone to break news, especially as it relates to the on screen product. He’s said himself that he doesn’t like to know what’s coming, and when he does, he isn’t comfortable saying it because he thinks it ruins people’s experiences.

 

You’re gonna find that they largely all have the same inventory, since most sellers batch upload to all the major marketplaces. Individual sellers will be the outlier, so keep an eye out across various platforms to see if you can catch something.

Stubhub, TickPick, SeatGeek, Gametime, VividSeats are all reliable/safe. If they’re on all the sites, run through the checkout and see who comes out the cheapest after fees. Watching JCW Jersey Cup... Kinda weird to see Nick Wayne wrestling this style while he is part of Christian's group in AEW. It's cool to see how much Marcus Mathers has improved. Hopefully he can break beyond the GCW umbrella in 2024.

I’ll never understand why they skip over the Midwest cities that aren’t Chicago. I guess they did Kansas City but that is a hike for anyone in Iowa, Nebraska or non-Chicago Illinois. Even WWE hits up freaking Peoria every once in awhile & they draw because those people are stoked they don’t have to drive to the city to see a big wrestling show.

Since I moved here, closest AEW has come is basically 4hrs away (Chicago, Minneapolis, KC). Whereas hell, WWE's run Sioux Falls, Des Moines, Peoria, and Lincoln all within the last year. And I know they've run Cedar Rapids in the past.

Pick any one of those cities and run a Collision there

 

As someone who used to live near Now Arena/Sears Center, I have no idea why they book their big shows there. It’s a convenient place if you’re a local but maybe the worst option for a destination show like All Out. You can’t take the train there & all the hotels are closer to Rosemont.

 

When was the last Smackdown without any of the Bloodline (aside from Heyman)? Great episode without any of that drama.
